On February 19, 2026, Prof. Yue Xiaoguang, Co-Founder of the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI) and Fellow of the Pakistan Academy of Engineering, was officially appointed Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of Turon University in Uzbekistan.

On behalf of IETI, President Ramesh K. Agarwal stated: Prof. Yue has served IETI for 11 years. His diligence and dedication in academia, higher education, and science and technology are deeply respected. We firmly believe that he will inject strong momentum into the internationalization, ranking, and reputation advancement of Turon University.
