Recently, Ir. Daniel Lai BBS, JP, Vice President of the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI), Programme Director of Coolthink@JC and JC GoAI Programmes, and former Vice President of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, was invited to deliver a keynote speech titled  Successful development & implementation of A Computational Thinking Education for Primary Students; at the 2026 Global Smart Education Conference.

Additionally, he visited the National Engineering Research Center of Cyberlearning and Intelligent Technology at Beijing Normal University to explore potential collaboration and exchanges.
