
Following a rigorous nomination and recommendation process, Yong Cao, Co-Founder of the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI), announced the winners of the 2025 IETI Annual Award for Outstanding Service on behalf of the Institute. The profiles of the awardees are as follows:
Sebastian Schreiter, Chief Technology Officer & Art Director of CTI, has long provided sustained professional support for the development, operation and maintenance of the Institute’s journals, academic conferences and related systems.
Otilia Manta, Research Fellow of the Romanian Academy, has been a long-term contributor to the operation of IETI’s international conferences and journals. She has successfully organized a number of IETI and IRIEM international academic conferences in Romania, including the IETI International Conference Series on Intelligent Information Processing.
Vladimir Chigrinov, Professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, has actively participated in various IETI international conferences as Chair and Keynote Speaker. In 2024, he assisted IETI in successfully hosting the 4th International Symposium on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Deimante Vasiliauskaite, Professor at Vilnius University, has participated in numerous IETI international conferences as Chair and Keynote Speaker, and also led the organization, collation and review of conference manuscripts.
Ubaldo Comite, Secretary-General of IETI, has long been responsible for the overall coordination of all institutional affairs, as well as the daily operation and full-process service support of the Institute.
Yongji Guo, Founder of the IETI Romania Chapter, has long focused on the development of IETI in Romania and Europe, continuously expanding the Institute’s international cooperation network and enhancing its industrial influence in the region.
