The International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI) proudly presents the 4th IETI Michael E. Auer Young Scientists Award to Dr Rebecca Dong, University of Technology Sydney, and Associate Professor Oscar Karnalim, Maranatha Christian University. The award celebrates their trail-blazing research and sustained commitment to IETI’s scholarly mission.

Dr Dong is honoured for integrating international management, digital innovation and organisational psychology into cross-disciplinary solutions that reshape management, education and public policy. Associate Professor Karnalim is recognised for his influential work in software engineering, learning technologies and AI.

Each winner will receive a medal endowed by IETI President Professor Michael E. Auer.
