Recently, the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI) and the Institute of Mathematics named after A. Juraev of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan (MITAS) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. IETI has designated Prof. Dr. Yue Xiaoguang, Executive President of IETI, Vice Rector for International Cooperation at Turon University, and Academician of the Pakistan Academy of Engineering, to coordinate the collaboration, while MITAS has appointed its Director, Professor Rahimzoda Alisher Orzu, to manage the relevant affairs.

The two parties conducted in-depth discussions and reached a broad consensus on several core areas, including talent cultivation, the organization of international academic conferences, the development of high-level academic journals, collaboration on frontier research projects, and the establishment of regular academic exchanges. The signing of this agreement marks a significant milestone, as both institutions will join hands to build a higher-level international academic platform, jointly promoting the cross-disciplinary integration and development of engineering technology and mathematical sciences.
