The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) has elected more than 100 new members in 2021, including LDFIETI (Laureate Distinguished Fellow of IETI), Prof. Dr. Gilles Brassard from Universite de Montreal, Canada, in recognition of his outstanding achievements. Membership of NAS is one of the highest honors in the world.

Congratulations to Prof. Dr. Gilles Brassard. He is the Wolf Prize Winner and Member / Fellow of Royal Society of London, Academia Europaea, International Association for Cryptologic Research,  Latvian Academy of Sciences and Royal Society of Canada (Academy of Science).
