·           Development of drafts and proposals of laws in the field of social  security, labor regulation, labor abroad, analysis and proposals/comments  regarding law projects and draft bilateral agreements sent to the Department  for Labor Abroad for approval;

·           Attendance to workgroups regarding applicable laws, both at national  level (interministerial work groups), as well as bilateral level (Romania –  partner countries) and EU level

·           Active implication in negotiating bilateral agreements regarding work  force flows between countries, as well as mutual social security for workers;

·           Active implication in approval of bilateral protocols with ministries  and other public bodies from other states and monitoring their enforcement;

·           Supplying information regarding labor law in EU member states or other  states that have a bilateral agreement with Romania regarding work force  flows regulation or mutual social security;
