Dr. Biswan has over 22 years of industry experience as a solution architect, designer, and implementer, as well as a strong passion for research and innovation in information science, information technologies, quantum computing, business, and IT management, and a strong focus and interest in IT/IS research areas within machine learning, data sciences, AI, and deep learning and quantum computing applications to solve real-world business problems. He is currently pursuing a second PhD in quantum computing from CTU, USA, and has achieved ABD status, expecting the degree award in April or May 2024. A technology innovator and yogic personality who prefers to focus on academic research to assist students, researchers, and associates at universities, research institutions, and academic institutions to pursue a challenging career in a progressive environment where learning, innovation, and creativity are encouraged and where my skills and knowledge can be enhanced to their maximum potential to contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization, as well as its impact on society and socio-economic benefits.

Dr. Biswan has been elected as a Fellow of BCS, UK (FBCS), Fellow of IETE (FIETE), Fellow of the Irish Computer Society (FICS), Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society (FRSS), Registered Practitioner (RPAI) from ISTGlobal, UK, and Senior Professional Member (SMIEEE) in IEEE, USA.

He has published many research articles on technological innovations within quantum computing, AI, ML, ERP-SAP, data science, and cybersecurity applications and has a few patents in his novel research works to support mankind. Currently Dr, Biswan is serving as active chairs in IEEE, Section-4 as a SAC and SPAx Chairs and Actively working as an Assessor at BCS UK for fellow BCS applications, apart from that, he is also working as a volunteers/Reviewers, Technical paper reviewers in various technology publishing journals(IOP, Inder Science, AOM, IEEE Access and Springer etc), and organization like FBLA-America, NCWIT, DECA-USA, IEEE-USA, and Globee-USA.
