Iam Dr. Muhammad Bilal Gulfraz, from Pakistan. I have completed my doctoraldegree in Marketing from the University of International Business andEconomics, Beijing, China. Currently I am a postdoctoral research fellow atManagement School of Hainan University. Besides, I have been awarded thecertificate of the Most Outstanding Student in the international degreeprograms among 2020 graduates by the university. I have also had the privilegeto teach undergraduate and graduate-level students at six universities inPakistan and China with above-average feedback from the students in allcourses. Having extensive experience in industry and academia (both in teachingand management) enables me to bridge gap between the both. My researchinterests include consumer behavior, platform ecosystem and e-commerce.
