Dr Lili Mi is an associate lecturer in Management in the Department of Business Strategy and Innovation. She is an Associate Fellow Higher Education Academy and a member of Griffith Asia Institute.
Lili received her PhD in Management from the School of Management, Massey University, New Zealand. Her PhD investigated the strategic intent, foreign direct investment entry strategies and firms’ subsidiary performance of MNEs from China. Her research currently focuses on strategic management, foreign direct investment strategies and firm performance. She published her work on peer-reviewed journals and presented her research at leading international conferences. Prior to joining Griffith University, Lili was an academic at Massey University. She was teaching courses on a range of topics including management, international business, global operational management, entrepreneurship and business growth.
