Dina Ziadlou is an expert on digital transformation in healthcare organizations with over 15 years’ experience. She has served different key roles in her work journey including director of HIT and telehealth (SMBU), instructor (SMBU), inspector of health organizations accreditation in Department of Health and Human Services (DHSS, IR.), auditor of health technology and medical system in International Certification Body (SGS), and hospital consultant in digital health and telehealth development projects. Doctoral in Management-Healthcare Management and Leadership, Ph.D. in IT Management- HIT, MS. IT Management- System Management, BS. Bio Medical Engineering, Certified Six-Sigma Green Belt, Certified PM Simulation, and Certified Telehealth Liaison. She has published national and international academic articles, and She has been awarded for establishing successful projects in telemedicine, medical systems management, hospital’s standard improvement, process improvement, and knowledge development in hospital setting. She was honored for establishing telemedicine services in crisis management for the first time in Iran. She is a member of the International Society of Telemedicine and e-Health and also the American Telemedicine Association.
