Dr. Nicos Rossides is an accomplished CEO, chairman, founder, and now professor of management, with a distinguished career leading global organizations and navigating cross-cultural challenges. A Fulbright scholar, he earned his doctorate in engineering from Kyoto University (Japan) and graduated from MIT's Senior Executive Program.
Dr. Rossides has held corporate leadership roles, including global CEO positions at Synovate (EMEA region and head of Global Solutions), MEMRB Research Group, and Medochemie, a global generic pharmaceutical company with operations in 110 countries. He is the owner/director of MASMI Research Group, an international research company with offices in 10 countries, and Chairman of the Advisory Board and co-founder of listening 247 (formerly DigitalMR), a London-based digital marketing insights firm.
From 2015 to 2024, Dr. Rossides served as Senior Advisor to the Board at The Cyprus Institute and as CEO of CREF Business Ventures, its incubator, where he guided academic startup founders in scaling their ventures while also serving on their boards. His extensive experience includes overseeing cross-border teams, and aligning organizational strategies in diverse business environments.
Currently, Dr. Rossides divides his time between writing, fulfilling his boardroom duties, and serving as a professor of management at Minjiang University’s International Digital Economy College, in Fuzhou China (a joint program with the European University Cyprus).
