I am a doctoral lecturer at the School of Management and Marketing at the Romanian American University in Bucharest. The main activities carried out are teaching and scientific research.
I graduated from the School of Management at the Bucharest Economic Research Institute in 2003 and the School of International Economic Relations in 2004, with a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2005.
In 2011, I obtained a PhD in Management with a thesis on "Management Reengineering in the European Context".
Over the course of 15 years, we have gained valuable experience through courses and seminars held in the field of management.
The main focus is on continuously updating knowledge in the field of management and utilizing this knowledge through articles and participation in national and international conferences.
In addition to teaching activities, I also coordinate students to write their bachelor's theses.
In teaching activities, their goal is to create and maintain an interactive atmosphere where students can freely express themselves and receive support to contribute to the field of scientific research.
